We offer stylish double rooms designed for couples or solo travelers who appreciate a bit of flair. Every room is uniquely designed and packed with all the essentials for a great stay.

Absolutely. Every room features a private en-suite with a shower and bidet. Plus, there is a bathtub in a dedicated area of the bedroom — just like you see in the photos.

We serve breakfast Tuesday through Sunday from 9 AM to 3 PM at Unicorn Coffee & Wine cafe. It’s an à la carte menu, and you can catch the latest tasty details and prices by visiting cafe’s official website.

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM.

No worries at all. Late-night arrivals are totally normal here — just make sure you’ve booked for the date you arrive, and we’ll share the self-check-in guide with you.

If you need to leave in the middle of the night or at the crack of dawn, no problem. You’re free to head out whenever you need.

Please note that checking in at any time on your reserved date counts as a full day’s stay. The standard 12:00 PM checkout the following day still applies.

Families are welcome. Our rooms feature large king-size beds. Depending on your comfort level, many families are happy sharing the bed with a child. Just let us know the details when you book so we can ensure you’re comfortable.

We love furry travelers! Just let us know in advance. As long as they’re well-behaved, they are more than welcome to stay.

While we don’t have a private lot, there is free street parking (subject to availability) right nearby, and paid parking is just a few minutes away.

We can arrange a ride for you. It’s 60 GEL each way, and it usually takes about 25–30 minutes to get here from Tbilisi Airport.

Keep the air fresh — smoking is only allowed on the balconies. If your room doesn’t have one, feel free to use the designated smoking area. No smoking inside the rooms, please!
